Imagine Kitchen has been part of the Greenville food scene since 2016, created to help food entrepreneurs turn ideas into viable businesses.

I first discovered Imagine Kitchen in 2022 while exploring the idea of starting a small meal prep business and quickly realized how challenging it can be to navigate South Carolina’s commercial kitchen requirements. While the space itself was impressive, what stood out most was the opportunity to support other people’s food dreams.

In 2025, when founders Jef and Stephanie Heuerman were ready to begin a new chapter, I stepped into the role of stewarding Imagine Kitchen forward. Today, Imagine Kitchen continues to provide licensed commercial kitchen space while expanding its reach through cooking classes and entrepreneurial education, supporting both established food businesses and those just getting started.
